This hands-on workshop will provide students an introduction to the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The PLC is a solid-state electronic device designed to provide control for an automated process. Hands-on exercises will demonstrate how real-world basic applications of controls and control functions perform to create energy savings.

• This class provides an introduction to PLCs 
• Attendees will learn how to improve operational efficiency, save energy, and how to participate in DR and Auto-DR programs
