The Clearinghouse is operated by the Washington State University Cooperative Extension Energy Program for the Bonneville Power Administration and other agencies. This site offers links to selected energy- and buildings-related Usenet newsgroups, job listings, publications, and software, and it includes a great list of links to other energy-related sites. The group also sponsors a toll-free hotline for technical assistance.
